Experienced Commercial Director specializing in sales, leasing and asset management. I have a strong track record in driving occupancy, strengthening tenant retention, and improving overall asset performance. I also focus on tenant brokering and provide comprehensive tenant representation services—helping companies identify, negotiate, and secure office space that aligns with their operational and strategic needs.
Through Austcorp Realty, I oversee end‑to‑end residential and commercial sales, leasing and property management services across Sydney, delivering consistent, high‑quality outcomes for owners, tenants, and investors.
With a strong background in Relationship Management & Sales, Elizabeth is committed to providing superior service to all of Austcorp Realty’s clients. Her experience in residential property allows her to oversee aspects of Leasing, Property Management and Sales.
I am a property manager with more than 30- years’ experience. I am a firm believer that tenants are the life blood of any commercial property and beyond that create the environment and atmosphere of the property they occupy. On that basis my philosophy is that the tenant comes first in the property. Being responsive with tenants and taking a genuine interest in their business will go a long way to retaining them at the property when it's time to discuss renewals.
When sourcing tenants for a property I believe in obtaining the right fit so that the tenant will experience a happy, enjoyable, and long stay at the property they decide to lease.
